Authors confirm that submitted work is original and has not been previously published, and that at least one author will present if the paper is accepted.
Full refund minus processing fee before July 15, 2026; 50% refund through August 15, 2026; no refund after August 15, 2026.
Organizers disclaim responsibility for indirect damages and retain authority to modify program elements as needed.
