QASC 2026 is committed to providing a harassment-free, inclusive, and welcoming conference experience for all participants, regardless of personal characteristics.

Expected Behavior

Participants must be respectful and considerate in all interactions, avoid harassment, stay aware of their surroundings, report violations, and honor others' intellectual property rights.

Unacceptable Behavior

Prohibited conduct includes verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination, inappropriate sexual content, intimidation, stalking, disruptive behavior, unwelcome physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Consequences

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Organizers may warn offenders, remove them without refund, or involve authorities.

Reporting

Report incidents by contacting organizers directly, emailing admin@quaic.org, or visiting the registration desk. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Scope

This code applies to all conference venues, including the main conference, workshops, social events, and online interactions related to QASC 2026.

This policy draws from the Contributor Covenant and Conference Code of Conduct frameworks.
