Conference Publications
Paper submissions for QASC 2026 are closed. Accepted papers will be published in the Springer book series Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) and indexed in Scopus, DBLP, and Google Scholar.
Paper Submission Deadline
July 7, 2026
Regular Paper
Full-length research papers presenting original, significant contributions to the field.
Short Paper
Concise papers describing work-in-progress, novel ideas, or preliminary results.
Industry Paper
Applied research, case studies, and industrial experience reports from practitioners.
Submission Guidelines (Historical Reference)
Format Requirements
- Springer LNEE template, single column
- 10pt font, A4 page size; page limits vary by track
- Numbered citations in Springer LNEE style
- All submissions in PDF format
- Peer-reviewed conference
- Original, unpublished work only
- English language submissions only
Review Process
- Each paper reviewed by at least 3 reviewers
- Evaluation criteria: originality, significance, clarity
- Authors notified within 4-6 weeks of submission
- One revision cycle for conditional acceptances
- At least one author was required to register to present
QASC 2026 Key Dates (Historical Reference)
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Speaker Presentations
Speaker Presentations
Presentation proposals are closed. The conference agenda preserves the final schedule, talk titles, abstracts, and speaker profiles for all three days.
The original presentation guidelines are retained here for reference. Proposals were evaluated on content, relevance, and speaker qualifications. Overt marketing pitches were not accepted.
