Conference Publications

QASC 2026 invites researchers to submit original work for peer-reviewed publication. Accepted papers will be published in the Springer book series Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) and indexed in Scopus, DBLP, and Google Scholar.

Format Requirements

  • Springer LNEE template, single column
  • 10pt font, A4 page size; page limits vary by track
  • Numbered citations in Springer LNEE style
  • All submissions in PDF format
  • Double-blind review — remove author information
  • Original, unpublished work only
  • English language submissions only

Review Process

  • Each paper reviewed by at least 3 reviewers
  • Evaluation criteria: originality, significance, clarity
  • Authors notified within 4-6 weeks of submission
  • One revision cycle for conditional acceptances
  • At least one author must register to present

Poster Presentation

Poster Sessions

Present your research in an interactive poster format. Poster sessions offer an opportunity for in-depth, one-on-one discussions with fellow researchers and industry experts.

Submission Guidelines

  • Poster Size: Not to exceed 30 x 40 inches
  • Resolution: 300 DPI
  • Format: PDF for review, printed for session
  • Abstract: 250-word abstract required with submission
  • Content: Title, authors, introduction, methods, results, conclusions

  • Dedicated poster session during the conference
  • 2-hour interactive session with attendees
  • 5-minute lightning talk to introduce your poster
  • Feedback from experts in your research area
  • Best Poster Award for outstanding contributions

Poster Publication

Accepted and presented posters will be published as a short paper of up to 4 pages, with the option to add up to 2 extra pages for additional charges.

Speaker Presentations

Speaker Presentations

Submit a presentation proposal for QASC 2026, or share final talk details for an accepted paper. Proposals are reviewed by the Program Committee on a rolling basis, so submit as early as possible to secure a spot on the agenda.

Our audience has a high expectation of speakers. Overt marketing pitches will not be accepted. Acceptances are based on content, relevance, and speaker qualifications.

Individual Presentation

20 min

  • 15 minutes of speaker presentation
  • 5 minutes of audience Q&A

Panel Discussion

60 min

  • 45-50 minutes of panelist presentations
  • 10-15 minutes of audience Q&A
