Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the QASC 2026 website and registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

Conference Registration

Registration for QASC 2026 constitutes a binding agreement. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Pay all applicable registration fees by the specified deadlines
• Comply with the conference Code of Conduct
• Respect intellectual property rights of all presenters

Paper Submissions

Authors submitting papers to QASC 2026 warrant that:

• The work is original and has not been previously published
• All co-authors have agreed to the submission
• The submission does not infringe on any third-party rights
• At least one author will register and present the paper if accepted

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to bsenapati@ualr.edu:

• Before May 31, 2026: Full refund minus processing fee
• June 1-28, 2026: 50% refund
• After June 28, 2026: No refund

Limitation of Liability

QASC 2026 organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from conference participation. The conference reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or venue as necessary.
